International Maker Platform for PCB Prototyping and Small-volume PCB Mfg Demands

ALLPCB Website

ALLPCB is the 1st overseas web-based platform with PCB prototyping and low-volume PCB fabricating services.
Since the year 2013, ALLPCB has long been trying to deliver the most low-cost PCB mfg service and provide multinational SMEs with complete PCB design process and tech support from “Prototype to Production”. With a purpose to attain a rapid response to customers’ requirements, we now have launched a powerful service and support system. Our delivery performance, quality control, consumer support and rapid answer to problems lead to our top place in PCB industry.

ALLPCB gains advantage from special resources in the majority of facets:

1. PCB producers

More than A hundred China-based PCB makers have registered ALLPCB manufacturer circle, allowing 1 – 30 layers boards for PCB prototyping and low-quantity PCB mfg. They include multilayer board, high frequency board, metal core board, HDI board and rigid-flex board. The quickest lead time could be within just One day. Every one of the PCB manufacturer members have passed our rigid on-spot examination by qualified auditors about the surroundings, equipments, materials, certificates and management. All the audit reports are wide open and clear via the internet, making sure the manufacture capability reliability of each PCB producer.

2. Components

ALLPCB partners with around 30 recognized elements suppliers, offering up above 5 , 000, 000 electronic parts in stock. At least 95% orders will be guaranteed to be delivered in a day.

3. PCB’A

ALLPCB works jointly with in excess of 10 PCBA manufacturers with the capacity of prototype and low-volume manufacture within 2 – 3 days. Additionally, the pass rate of finished products hits 99.9%.
ALLPCB has a tremendous team with 100+ client support employees and professionals . We supply 24/7 client support for global consumers by means of e-mail message, business phone and live chat.
“Produced in China, Preferred among the entire world” is the goal of ALLPCB at the present. ALLPCB definitely will strive to achieve the change from”Manufactured in China” to”Made in the planet”, making the innovation of worldwide SMEs less difficult and delivering the people a lot better living with the help of technology!

Research: Companies are Eager to Carry out PCB Prototyping From Within

Polling of printed circuit board (PCB) designers and manufacturers, electrical engineers, OEMs and others keen on 3D-printed circuit boards and circuits shows that there exists ever-increasing request for in-house prototyping for exploration and product development. The passion is primarily keen amongst firms that spend as much or more than $100,000 per year for prototyping services.

Of the above 975 answerers – standing for 31 industries and disciplines and 25 nations around the world – undertaking the market research executed by Nano Dimension Ltd., 70 percent expend roughly $50,000 and 14 % stated they spend more than $50,000 each year on PCB board prototyping. Plus, a full 16 percent, or 142 respondents, are spending above $100,000 to contracted prototyping suppliers per year. The vast majority of respondents said that the prototyping service fees were huge mainly because they need the fabrication of complicated, multi-layer PCBs – with 66 per cent of those surveyed expressing their designs require multiple layers.

While at least 9 in 10 answerers pointed out their enterprises employ offsite prototyping industrial facilities at present, pretty much two in three claimed they believe their intellectual property (IP) is endangered when they do so. Most state they wish selections for making their own circuit boards in house.

“Designers and technicians evidently wish speedier turnaround times and reduced risk every time sending out their design information for prototyping,” said Simon Fried, Nano Dimension’s Chief Business Officer and a firm co-founder. “But with a lot of the manufacturing houses centered at China, timeliness has never been an option. Indeed, oftentimes they end up with circuit boards for production which aren’t enhanced as much as they desire owing to the long lead times. And mailing designs generally raises the chances that the IP might be copied or stolen.”

Even if the prototyping houses are completely trustworthy partners, the time constraints regarding outsourcing can limit ingenuity. A number of designers depend on “safe” PCB designs rather than exploring innovative new ideas lest they may bring about a variety of iterations – and added delays – with the prototyping plant.

“With inventive alternate options just like Nano Dimension’s DragonFly 2020 3D Printer, the electronics can finally catch up to other types of manufacturing which have benefited from additive manufacturing,” Fried said. “Our survey shows the necessity is there, and the market is set for 3D-printed circuit cards which can be produced on-site rapidly and cost-effectively.”

Nano Dimension, a leader around 3D printed electronics, sponsors the poll on its online site. Participants stand for industries covering everything from PCB board makers and OEMs to engineering, defense, manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, medical, sensors and wearables, telecommunications, energy and others.
